Overview Executive Director, People & Culture Location: Lewisham | Employment Type: FP - Full-Time Ongoing | Department: Chief Executive Officer Responsibilities As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contribute to and implement the organisations strategic and operational plans. Prepare and deliver updates to the Board relating to People & Culture strategy, practices and metrics. Be adaptable to multiple competing requests and deadlines. Lead a highly capable People & Culture team spanning HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Engagement, Capability Development and HR Operations. Chair the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for the organisation. Develop and implement the long-range and annual people strategy. Lead and oversee key people processes across the organisation spanning the employee lifecycle. Represent the organisation at external networks, events and maintain key strategic relationships on behalf of the organisation. Provide expert counsel to the CEO and Executive team on all people related matters. Work closely with Payroll and Work, Health & Safety to ensure alignment across functions.
