Overview Role: Room Leader Location: Dalby, Queensland 4405 Centre: Goodstart Dalby Employment Type: Full-Time 38 hours per week Pay: up to $39.35 + Superannuation + Benefits Responsibilities Take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Goodstart Dalby is rated "Meeting" by ACECQA in November 2024, reflecting commitment to high-quality education and continuous improvement. With 5 rooms and space for 74 children, our centre layout supports quality interactions and meaningful connections. Work with a highly experienced Centre Director and Leadership team.
