Director Information Communication and Technology, HSO, Finance and Performance Services, Bundaberg or Hervey Bay Hospitals - H2510WB664818 Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist (Geriatrician) to join our dedicated team. Your Opportunity: Provide leadership, direction and strategic advice on the planning and delivery of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) services to enhance service delivery and organisational performance while mitigating risk. Technical Ability: Demonstrated experience in leading business performance improvements systems and processes within large complex organisations, with proven experience and success in the development of and use of information technologies, to deliver actionable and proactive metrics that drive the development of organisational strategies, policies, practices and systems and inform business decision making and strategic insights. Achieves Results: Drives activities that support organisational and operational sustainability. Engenders a culture of accountability, transparency and achievement, demonstrating a commitment to achieving outcomes. Cultivates Productive Relationships: Builds and sustains relationships within the organisation, across the public service and with a diverse range of external stakeholders. Ensures that open communication is operating through the organisation. Preferred Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in information technology, business or commerce or other related field and/or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
