These guide all that we do.About the roleThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure AIDA achieves its strategic and operational goals, aligned with its 202427 Strategic Plan. Reporting to the AIDA Board of Directors, the CEO champions AIDAs vision and values while leading a culturally safe, inclusive, and high-performing organisation. The CEO strengthens AIDAs voice and influence nationally, advocates for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and leadership in medicine, and ensures strong governance, financial sustainability, risk management, and organisational performance.
