Youll be welcomed into a friendly and experienced perioperative team that supports 19 modern operating theatres, where collaboration and patient-centred care are at the heart of everything we do. Whether youre experienced in a specific specialty or keen to expand your skills across a variety of procedures, we offer a supportive environment to help you grow.In this role, youll be hands-on in the operating roompreparing for procedures, assisting surgeons, and maintaining a safe, sterile environmentwhile also having the chance to guide and support junior staff. This is a great opportunity to be part of a welcoming and committed team, where your skills and care will make a real difference every day.Who Were Looking ForYoull have current AHPRA registration as an RNYoull bring at least 2 years of experience as a scrub/scout in any specialty.Youll show a high level of empathy and possess strong emotional intelligence.Youll be an exceptional communicator (both verbally and written) with demonstrated experience professionally communicating with patients, their families and colleagues.Youll have the flexibility to work across a variety of shiftsYoull be available to participate in the on-call roster as requiredYoull have full Australian working rightsAbout UsAdventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as the San).
