The Case Concierge team manages the client relationship from initial enquiry to file setup, including conflict checks, cost agreements, onboarding, and communications. All new client enquiries and leads are generated and qualified by the firm, then allocated to the most suitable lawyer based on expertise, availability, and jurisdiction. The Opportunity We are seeking experienced and selfdirected Senior Lawyers across all areas of law to join our growing national team. In this role, you will: Manage a caseload of highquality matters referred to you by our Case Concierge team. Provide strategic legal advice, representation, and advocacy within your chosen area of expertise. Focus exclusively on legal work while your Case Concierge manages client updates, document handling, and court logistics. Work flexibly and remotely, managing your own hours and workload. Leverage our advanced technology, AIpowered tools, and Clio case management system to deliver efficient and compliant outcomes. Collaborate with a network of highly skilled lawyers and operational professionals who support your success. What Were Looking For Minimum 5 years postadmission experience in your chosen area of law. A current Incorporated Legal Practice (ILP) registered with ASIC. Current unrestricted practising certificate and professional indemnity insurance. Proven ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with support staff. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client advisory skills. Experience across one or more practice areas, including criminal, family, employment, commercial, property, wills and estates, or civil litigation. Proficiency with legal technology (Clio preferred), Microsoft 365, and virtual communication platforms. A professional homeoffice setup with reliable highspeed internet.
