Reporting to the Director Performance and Transformation and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Manager People & Capability will lead a talented team across People & Culture, Organisational Development, and Safety & Wellbeing. This role offers the opportunity to embed strong people foundations, modernise practices, and partner with leaders to uplift organisational performance. You will drive the implementation of contemporary people strategies including workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and wellbeing. With several key initiatives underway, including enterprise bargaining preparation, system optimisation and cultural renewal, the role will play a central part in shaping how Hepburn grows and supports its people. To succeed, you will bring a strong HR generalist background, proven leadership capability and the ability to balance strategy with handson delivery. Experienced in navigating complex environments such as local government or the public sector, you demonstrate influence, credibility and a commitment to practical, values-driven outcomes.
