Heritage Cleaning Volunteer - Latrobe Court House Museum We are seeking cleaning volunteers to perform tasks like: Dusting and cleaning surface areas, and counter surfaces Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and clean carpets Disposing of rubbish from bins and containers Cleaning sinks, basins, and toilets Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job Ability to work alone and with a partner or team Reliable and punctual Pays attention to detail when cleaning Organized and able to follow a schedule Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods Order, replenish and store cleaning materials Notify the Property Manager of any maintenance issues Notify the Property Manager of any occupational health and safety issues Responsible for locking and unlocking the property and arming and disarming the security system Requirements National Police Certificate Covid-19 vaccination Additional Requirements Please Note: As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the level of coverage for volunteers due to various restrictions to ensure they are covered for the roles they will be undertaking.
