Were looking for a Waterpark Attendant to join our team at the Rivershore Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager, the Waterpark Attendant is a key part of the splash zone welcoming guests with a smile, checking wristbands for entry, and helping create a clean, safe, and super fun environment where unforgettable memories are made every day! Promote waterpark rules, monitor guest behaviour, and report any concerns or incidents. Maintain cleanliness across the waterpark, including toilets, tables, bins, and surrounding gardens. Always carry your twoway radio and keys, assist with guest queries, and respond to emergencies as needed. Work closely with your team, contribute ideas, and support a respectful and productive team culture. Youre Likely a Match If You You bring a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and confidence in communicating across teams. You hold a current First Aid certificate and a valid Working with Children check. Youre proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable raising concerns when needed. Youre physically capable of tasks like lifting, cleaning, and spending time on your feet in the pool area. You take safety seriouslyfollowing WHS procedures, reporting hazards, and helping maintain a safe environment for all.
