About Wesley Home Care We deliver in-home and community-based services to older Australians, supporting them to live independently and meaningfully. Our care is personalised, respectful, and holisticaddressing physical, social, and spiritual needs. About the role As a Support Worker, youll provide tailored assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Duties may include: Personal care Domestic assistance Transport and shopping Meal preparation Social support and companionship This is a rewarding opportunity for those who genuinely care about improving the lives of older people. About you We welcome both entry-level and experienced applicants. Ideal candidates will have: A caring, empathetic nature Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (desirable but not essential) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)NSW drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle Second language skills (highly regarded).
