Overview About The Role Are you hands-on, mechanically minded and ready to be part of a fast-paced team building high-quality ute trays, trailers and toolboxes? BOSS Engineering is currently seeking an Assembly Hand to join our growing BOSS Automotive division in Inverell. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building tough, practical gear. What Youll Do Assemble ute trays, trailers, toolboxes, headboards and related components Fit ute trays and accessories to vehicles Carry out basic auto-electrical tasks (wiring harnesses, switches, lighting) Conduct pre-assembly of tray parts and ensure readiness for production Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and customer expectations Work to high safety, quality, and performance standards What Youll Bring Physically fit and capable of manual labour Great attitude and willingness to learn Practical mindset with basic mechanical or electrical aptitude Strong communication and time management skills A team player who thrives under pressure and takes pride in their work Hours 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm on Fridays.
