Customer Service Attendant - Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Region Apply for the Customer Service Attendant role at Bendigo Advertiser. In This Role You will be the goto person for helping passengers who need a little extra help during their journey, or simply to give a friendly smile to brighten their day. You will flag trains, use hightech mobile apps, connect with train crew and keep the station in tiptop shape. About You Your positive and reliable attitude, formed across various customerfacing roles, will see you excel as a Customer Service Attendant. You love working on the frontline, interacting with customers and the community. You must be available and willing to work rotating shifts including shift work, late nights, early mornings, weekends and public holidays. Extended hours may be necessary at short notice. Own transport is beneficial as some shifts start out of train operating hours. Permanent parttime positions will see you working a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight. Permanent fulltime positions will see you working 76 hours per fortnight. The full time pay rate for this position is $1,342.80 per week prorata, including the Industry Allowance. As a parttime employee, you will be paid on a prorata basis calculated on your agreed hours of work. In addition, you will also receive Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading benefits.
