We have multiple opportunities in the Albury Wodonga Military Area! Key Responsibilities (not limited to) Deliver professional bar service every shift Maintain a spotless bar and dining area Assist with food preparation when needed Restock and manage bar supplies Work closely with supervisors and chefsFollow RSA standards and food safety procedures Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all guests on the Defence Base site About You Minimum 1 year of experience in bar or hospitality setting Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA) (advantageous) Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training provided if needed) Sound knowledge of food safety standards Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork Current Australian drivers licence (advantageous) Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check #BST2026 About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
