Truck Drivers | Underground Shiftboss | Charge Up Brightstar Resources(ASX: BTR) owns andoperates the established Second Fortune Gold Mine and the newlylaunched Fish Mine in the Laverton Goldfields region of WesternAustralia. We have opportunities across both our sites forexperienced underground team members, on a 15:13 roster, and asboth permanent and casual opportunities. Truck Driver & Nipper Underground truck operator and assisting other operators. Youwill: Operate the dump trucks underground hauling ore andwaste. Run pre starts on equipment/vehicles. Work Offside other machine operator (i.e. assisting withinstallation of bolts and mesh for ground support). Have previous experience in a similar undergroundrole. Underground Shiftboss Reporting to the Mine Foreman, working an 8:6 roster, you willbe responsible for supervising underground mining crews andensuring safe, efficient production in line with the mine plan. Youwill: Hold a WA Shift Supervisor Certificate of Competency Demonstrate proven experience leading crews in anunderground hard rock environment Conduct daily pre-start meetings, inspections, and ensurecompliance with site safety standards Monitor production targets, supervise activities such asdrilling, bogging, trucking, and ground support Liaise with technical and operational teams to maintainworkflow and address issues proactively Charge Up Responsible for charging developmentheadings and production stopes, and handling and transportingexplosive materials in a safe manner.
