Responsibilities Liaise with the General Manager to develop a plan for each resident. Coordinate requested personal outing services for participating residents. Complete accurate and detailed participation notes. Focus toward building rapport and offering companionship to each resident in the Resident Companion program. Manage time effectively for each resident. What You Will Bring To The Role A true passion for caring for others that goes beyond just doing a job. Prior experience in aged care is a big plus; if youre new to aged care, well provide training.
