Coach and mentor personnel in safe and efficient charging practices, inventory management, centralised firing systems, and independent firing practices. Help develop and update training materials and safe work procedures. Support operational and training requirements across NSMS sites, working flexible rosters as required. Qualifications & Experience Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC). WA Shotfirers Licence. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40122 or equivalent (preferred, but not essential). We will put you through this qualification. Minimum of 3 years charge-up experience. (Essential) Demonstrated experience in safe, efficient charging practices across both production and development.
