Mandatory competencies such as CPR training and manual handling training are provided free each year. About the Role We are looking for a Gardener to join our team in Coffs Harbour. This is a permanent parttime opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors and has a keen eye for detail. You must be available to work across: Valla Beach, Nambucca Heads, Bellingen, Urunga, Glennifer, Boambee Your Responsibilities Will Include Ensuring the safe and proper use of gardening tools and equipment Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Lawn care: Mowing the lawn and trimming edges Weeding: Light weeding to keep garden beds clear of unwanted plants Watering: Ensuring plants and lawns receive adequate water Pruning: Light pruning of bushes and shrubs to maintain their shape and health General tidiness: Keeping the garden area free from debris and clutter to ensure safety You will be provided with all necessary equipment such as a blower vac, pressure cleaner, and safety gear including hivis, hat and helmet. About You You are someone who loves spending time outdoors, takes pride in your work, and ensures gardens are maintained to a high standard. Youre reliable, selfmotivated, and have experience with outdoor tasks.
