Join to apply for the Coordinator Customer Focus role at Latrobe City Council Permanent Full Time Band 7 Salary Range: $108,542.02 to $116,620.47 plus 12% superannuation About This Role As the Coordinator Customer Focus you will provide strategic oversight and lead contemporary practices in customer service including Contact Centre, Headquarters reception and Corporate Facilities operations. In this role you will Oversee the daily operations of the Contact Centre, Headquarters reception, and Corporate Facilities to ensure high levels of customer service, presentation and cleanliness. Lead the Corporate Facilities team, ensuring that Councils buildings and publicfacing spaces are maintained to a high standard. Coordinate the management of assets at Corporate Headquarters and Council Service Centres/Libraries, ensuring uptodate asset management plans for all officebased equipment. Develop, implement, monitor and report on the Community Satisfaction Survey Engagement Plan and Customer Experience Strategy which ensures high productivity outputs in line with community expectations. About You For this position we are seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to lead an effective, high functioning, cohesive team and achieve team objectives. You will have Essential Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating a customer service or contact centre environment. Demonstrated experience in change management, innovation and process improvement. Relevant tertiary qualification with several years of experience, or lesser formal qualifications with extensive relevant experience in the management of customer service provision. A current Victorian Drivers Licence. Desirable A Certificate IV in Customer Contact and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or willingness to commence immediate studies towards one of these qualifications in the absence of an existing tertiary qualification.
