Your role will include identifying operational efficiencies, whether through people or process, to streamline service delivery and support continuous improvement, ensuring a high level of customer service delivery to Latrobe City Council stakeholders.About YouWe are seeking a motivated individual with strong leadership and customer service skills to provide the day-to-day coordination of staff and functions within the Rates team.
