In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of safe and effective health services to eligible personnel and entitled civilians in accordance with professional standards and legislation, and Defence Policies and Procedures. Directly support current serving ADF members and work with a multidisciplinary team. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation. A Diploma in Practice Management or a minimum of 2 years fulltime (or parttime equivalent) experience as a Practice Manager within the last 5 years. Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification. About the Pearce Health Centre Pearce Health Centre is located onsite at Pearce RAAF base on the Great Northern Highway in Bullsbrook, approximately 40km north of Perth. Upgraded in 2021, this health facility provides general medical and primary care services, along with physiotherapy, dentistry, pharmacy, and aviation medicine.
