The successful candidates will provide comprehensive care across acute, stepdown, aged and residential settings. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients in acute and aged care settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all consumers. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
