Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Central Coast, NSW. The role will involve working closely with individuals, couples, and families to provide support and strategies that promote healthy relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting sessions, developing and delivering programs, liaising with community partners, and maintaining accurate records. The role also requires collaboration with team members and participation in professional development activities. Qualifications Relevant experience in counseling, social work, or psychology Proficiency in developing and delivering programs for individuals, couples, and families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor''s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Experience in working with diverse communities is a plus Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Industry Non-profit Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
