Overview Village Manager RSL LifeCare Limited RSL LifeCare provides care and services to veterans and seniors in community and home settings. Responsibilities Deliver positive customer experiences and service delivery to residents. Manage operational, lifestyle and governance aspects of a retirement village. Ensure highquality services in a safe, welcoming environment. Operate within budget and meet compliance requirements. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 5 years of operational management experience in village, site, community or similar environment. Strong customer focus with outcomeoriented, commercial mindset. Demonstrated ability to make decisions that balance commercial outcomes with customer experience and risk mitigation. Undergraduate qualification in Human Services, Finance, Business or related discipline. Understanding of veterans experiences and needs with passion for caring for others. Experience in mediation, complex issue resolution and relationship management. Working knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act NSW. Project and change management experience.
