Description What do we do? The Corporate Finance Team at A&M assists clients through providing lead advisory services in raising debt and equity capital, executing bespoke M&A transactions and complex financial restructurings. As part of this team, you will be working across multiple different workstreams, including: Developing and maintaining detailed financial models to support valuation, capital raising, and M&A transactions, including scenario analysis, sensitivity / covenant testing, and forecasting Create highquality transaction documentation, including Information Memorandums (IMs), term sheets, teasers, and other supporting materials to effectively communicate investment opportunities to clients and financiers / investors Contribute to and take carriage of the daytoday execution of transactions, including managing timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless progress through all stages of the deal process Facilitate and manage due diligence processes, including responding to investor and client queries (Q&A), coordinating with other external advisors (e.g. legal and transaction diligence), and establish, organise, and manage virtual data rooms What Youll Be Doing Work collaboratively with team members to assist clients in progressing their capital raisings and transactions Engage in practice development, marketing and business development Ensure issues and opportunities are clearly and concisely presented Set and communicate clients expectations consistently Identify risks and obstacles early on, create contingency plans and communicate timely with client You have the drive to succeed and bring the following A relevant Bachelors or Masters degree, with a proven record of academic excellence Internship or up to 2 years professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or commercial banks Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, along with structured thinking Ability to extract insights from complex or incomplete data sets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Teamoriented, entrepreneurial, and performancedriven mindset About You High energy, autonomous, and entrepreneurial Thrives in fastpaced, dynamic environments Values integrity and direct communication Balances strategic thinking with attention to detail Naturally prioritises and adapts under pressure Please attach the following along with your application Cover Letter CV Transcripts Inclusive DiversityA&Ms entrepreneurial culture celebrates independent thinkers and doers who can positively impact our clients and shape our industry.
