About Us South West Community Care is a notforprofit Organisation and Registered Charity local to the South West, providing aged care and inhome services to the local community. Position Purpose Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, the purpose of your role is: To provide administrative support to South West Community Care (SWCC) by maintaining the organisations administrative processes at all SWCC locations. Position Responsibilities As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for and assisting with: First Point of Contact As the frontline of SWCC you will present the first impression of our organisation through our reception and telephone contact points. You will interact with our consumers, members of the public, and our employees. Accuracy and Confidentiality Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality. Office Support Administrative and clerical support is provided through maintaining office stationery supplies, filing, records maintenance, document creation, data entry, printing, and assisting in general office duties as directed. Fleet Management Maintain accurate bookings within the management system, issuing of fleet vehicle keys, and preparing keys for early pickup times. Money Handling Collect and receipt funds, balance float and incoming fees daily. Issue funds for group outings and meals. Petty Cash Dispense and reconcile petty cash. To thrive in this role you will have: Certificate III Qualification, in the field of Business or period of industry experience. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Effective time management, organisation and prioritisation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and be technologically proficient. Ability to work in an environment with competing priorities and demands. A commitment to work collaboratively to ensure excellence in service provision. Ability to undertake cash handling duties in line with set policies and procedures. Office Base Location Based at the Australind Office but will be required to work from other sites.
