Administration Manager - PPT 64hrs FTN Join to apply for the Administration Manager - PPT 64hrs FTN role at Nexus Hospitals. We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration Manager with experience in the medical industry to join us on a parttime basis with a minimum of 64 hours per fortnight. Monday to Friday flexible roster. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Admin team on a daily basis. Ensure a high level of patient and visitor care, acting as the first point of contact for the hospital. Ensure all patient accounts are invoiced, receipted and reconciled. Manage theatre bookings and ensure lists are distributed accordingly. Manage all health fund and billing matters; payments, refunds and reporting. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety and excellence across all areas of the hospital. About You Experience in an administrative leadership role within a medical, healthcare or hospital setting. A high level of computer/technical skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Hospital Patient Management Software. Experience with FYDO or SimDay highly desirable. An understanding of the Medicare billing system and the Private Health Insurance billing system. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, doctors and staff. Solid time management, organisational and communication skills.
