What Youll Do As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, youll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across Thiess'' technical services and corporate functions, including Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Technology. Youll partner with leaders to deliver tailored recruitment strategies that align with our business goals and EVP. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles, from briefing to offer, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions. Sourcing Strategy: Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage highcalibre professionals across diverse corporate disciplines. Employer Branding: Champion Thiess'' EVP and Make Your Mark messaging across all candidate touchpoints, ensuring consistency and impact. Diversity & Inclusion: Embed inclusive hiring practices and proactively source talent from underrepresented groups. Process Excellence: Leverage recruitment systems and data to drive continuous improvement and informed decisionmaking. Market Insights: Provide market intelligence and benchmarking to support workforce planning and talent strategy. What Youll Need To Succeed To succeed in this role, youll bring a strong foundation in engineering or corporate recruitment, ideally gained within large or complex organisations. Youll be confident managing multiple priorities, building trusted relationships, and using a datainformed, candidatecentric approach with a commitment to inclusive hiring practices and continuous improvement.
