Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups in a multidisciplinary context. Demonstrated effective clinical communication, including use of information technology, and written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the capacity to resolve conflicts by managing emotional responses. Evidence of participation in professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and sharing expertise with colleagues. Knowledge of and ability to work within a personcentred approach to nursing, embracing change in care delivery. Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and evidencebased practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
