WHSE Advisor Shadforth Join a leading civil contractor and advance your career in safety across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks. Reporting to the Regional WHS Manager, you will work handinhand with the Project Site Teams, delivering impactful health and safety outcomes on various Civil Construction Projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures. Contribute to maintaining, recommending, and implementing continuous improvements of WHSE programs. Provide guidance and continuous feedback to employees on safe working procedures. Establish collaborative and supportive relationships to achieve effective safety outcomes. Support and facilitate incident investigation processes. About You Proven experience in WHS and delivering health and safety outcomes on civil projects. Certificate IV in OHS. Solid understanding of relevant legislation, regulation and industry best practices. Knowledge of Government training policies and Indigenous Procurement. Demonstrated ability to plan and schedule Safety Programs. High proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word. Ability to lead WHS communications in small groups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop good rapport with people at all levels. Hold a current Drivers licence with reliable transport.
