With 16 operating theatres, 2 endoscopy suites, and a cardiac catheter lab, our department provides a wide range of surgical services. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to optimise resources, ensure bestpractice care delivery, and mentor a team of nurses and clinical support staff. This is an ideal fulltime or parttime opportunity for a senior nurse to expand their leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support nursing and clinical support staff in the perioperative setting. Provide expert clinical guidance and problemsolving within your specialty. Assist in planning and implementing policies, procedures, and quality initiatives. Promote a culture of safety, risk management, and infection control compliance. Skills And Experience Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA. Minimum 4 years experience in ENT specialty. Highlevel clinical competence and problemsolving ability. Experience in mentoring, training, and developing staff. Strong knowledge of quality and infection control processes. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and patients. Remuneration $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
