Responsibilities Guide Solution Development & Activation Lead the development and activation of new or enhanced partner offerings that align with Microsoft Cloud priorities, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and meet evolving customer needs. Empower Innovation Conduct technical innovation workshops, briefings, and envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams, accelerating adoption of emerging technologies and shaping partner offerings with business goals and technical requirements. Strategic Sales Enablement Activate transformational deals by providing architectural guidance, resolving technical blockers, and enhancing solution design, driving revenue impact. Champion Technical Excellence Guide partners through architecture design sessions, proofofconcepts, and MVP builds to ensure solutions follow Microsofts Cloud and AI best practices, optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management Build longterm engagements with strategic partners, influencing adoption of Microsoft technologies and fostering executive alignment for joint success. Partner Enablement & Business Acumen Coach broader partner technical teams to embed presales, deployment, and consumption in solution development, translating technical concepts into business value. Partner Centricity Develop and expand existing impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, Clevel technical decision makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders. Provide direction to TDMs and build bridges between TDMs and business decision makers; uncover, aggregate, and synthesize customer/partner business data and technical requirements. Address requirements/issues with winwin technical architecture(s) and demonstrate value through design collaboration sessions. Act as the voice of the partner by driving new feedback, insights, and resources across territories. Identify and direct attention to multiple, strategic opportunities that align with revenue goals, orchestrating growth of solution utilization pipeline with partners. Lead assistance with partner and sales teams to bring clarity to specific, complex opportunities through proof of concept and technical presales support. Understand and anticipate solution areaspecific market opportunities, proactively leading initiatives to address them. Influence and support partners in developing scalable offerings, practices, and products, investing and adopting new technologies at scale. Maintain active visibility in solution areaspecific communities to build credibility and share information such as technical updates and public roadmaps. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, sales) to provide fieldbased insights related to product pricing, implementation, and other areas. Technical Leadership Lead and assemble virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges, sharing ideas, insights, and strategic inputs across internal communities. Demonstrate industry knowledge and drive recognition for Microsoft solutions through presentations and engagements with external audiences, including conferences, seminars, and hackathons. Connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas, driving changes and improvements to existing intellectual property and processes that enable crosscustomer/partner scaling. Proactively identify gaps, communicate them to leadership and governance teams, and prioritize efforts. Qualifications Required / Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. OR Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 3+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related experience. OR equivalent experience. Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement, particularly in largescale or global engagements. Demonstrated ability to lead technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews, and buildtoconsume engagements with partners. 610+ years of related experience in technology IP solutions or services development, with deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging trends like generative AI and SaaS. Strong background and indepth knowledge of cloud technologies, focusing on Microsofts cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365). Minimum L300 knowledge of Kubernetes. Minimum L300 knowledge of DevOps and GitHub as a developer platform. Minimum L300 knowledge in application development with AI services. Additional or Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience working in a customerfacing role (internal and/or external). 4+ years experience working on technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
