Role Description This is a part-time on-site role located in Scone, NSW for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will handle various day-to-day tasks such as managing the executives schedule, providing administrative support, maintaining clerical documentation, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The position requires strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change as the day rolls on. The successful applicant must be willing to be hands on with detailing vehicles, picking up parts and delivering vehicles to our valuable clients. The successful applicant must be well presented and retain a professional demeanour. A driver''s licence is required for this position. Qualifications Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills Strong Clerical Skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in the mining or trade industry is advantageous Fleet management is also advantageous for servicing and maintenance scheduling.
