Role and responsibilities Maximise sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. Deliver top-tier customer service and drive floor sales. Lead by example and manage diverse team personalities. Train staff, oversee visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting. Maintain rotational roster of 7 days shared with the Assistant Manager. Qualifications and experience Retail management experience. A track record of delivering excellent customer service. Strong skills in motivating and inspiring a team. Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
