Job Description Food preparation and presentation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and functions. Adherence to dietary requirements such as allergies and special requests. Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Program. Assist with stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking. Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils. Adhere to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices. Provide fast, effective service with a smile. Assist the broader team as required. Demonstrate a strong safety culture aligned with the Cater Care Safety Commitments. Qualifications and Experience Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (highvolume bulk cookery experience is highly regarded). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service. Motivated, enthusiastic and positive cando attitude. Ability to work in a fastpaced, timesensitive environment for long periods. Pride in personal appearance and hygiene. Firstrate safetyfocused attitude. Current police clearance and preemployment medical assessment required upon successful application.
