Location: Emerald Workshop Permanent full-time | Long-term career Emerald-based (local or willing to relocate) Great pay + 12% super + 5 weeks annual leave DGH is expanding and we are seeking an experienced General Yardperson | Trade Assistant | Rigger to join our Emerald team. Youll play a key role in keeping our workshop running smoothly and ensuring a safe, organised, and efficient work environment. Your Role: Youll be handson in managing: Materials handling (incoming and outgoing) Workshop and yard organisation Stores inventory and stock management Booking and coordinating transport Supporting maintenance activities and trades as required Youll work closely with the Workshop Manager, be proactive, organised, and physically capable, and help the team keep operations safe and productive. Were looking for someone who has experience in workshop or yard work and can: Operate maintenance equipment including cranes and forklifts Load, unload, and move materials safely Maintain housekeeping of maintenance compounds and clean equipment Support supervisors with setting up work areas Assist tradespeople in servicing and maintaining equipment Spot, pack, and unpack tooling and general trades assistant duties Undertake general labouring tasks when required What Youll Need?
