As Civil Works Assistant Maintenance, you will work as part of a road maintenance patching/sealing civil crew on a range of labouring tasks across Hilltops. This are a great chance for motivated labourers looking to commence their career in civil operations, on a permanent basis (subject to completion of a 3-month probation). Please be advised that successful applicants may be expected to work reasonable overtime from time-to time or as part of a rotating on-call roster, noting that shift penalties/on-call allowances would be applicable. Road Safety Officer Road Safety Officer Temporary (joint-funded), full-time role up to 30 June 2029 (70 hours per 9-day fortnight) Excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced individual with excellent networking skills looking to improve road safety in our region. The Road Safety Officer is a joint-funded Council and Transport for NSW opportunity aimed to develop & deliver community road safety initiatives & projects. Using the Safe System Approach, the incumbent addresses behavioural issues of all road users, in support of the NSW Governments Road Safety Action Plan 2026. In this role you will network with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in developing and implementing road safety initiatives, with external liaisons include community groups, NSW Police and local businesses among others. Casual Junior Pool Kiosk Attendants Casual Junior Pool Kiosk Attendants Boorowa, Harden, Jugiong and Young Rates between $12.69 p/h (15 years) and $21.77 p/h (18 years and above*) + 25% casual loading + allowances + 12% Superannuation. Kiosk attendants serve patrons in our aquatic centres, taking entry fees, preparing food and beverages, and carrying out all manner of customer service in the kiosk area and front-of-house. Council is seeking suitable individuals to work in our kiosks in Councils aquatic centres located in Boorowa, Harden, Jugiong and Young over the pool season, commencing now in Young and November at Harden, Boorowa & Jugiong. These roles are ideal for juniors or other individuals who may not be looking to lifeguard but are otherwise looking for an opportunity to work in a rewarding, handson work environment, or those looking to work in hospitality in the future, as training and support will be provided to all kiosk staff.
