The successful applicant will succeed in this position by meeting the following criteria: ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and demonstrated experience working in an Early Childhood setting. Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, Child Protection qualification, and First Aid qualification including Asthma and Anaphylaxis management. Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and experience in implementing the service curriculum, including documenting childrens learning and development. Ability to undertake ongoing planning and programming to ensure effective outcomes for children and the service. Ability to provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and their families.
