About the Role The Coordinator Growth Area and Subdivision leads a dedicated team responsible for managing planning permits within Precinct Structure Plans, Shire-wide certification processes, Statements of Compliance (SOC) applications, and subdivision infrastructure standards across Baw Baw Shire. This role ensures compliance with planning and subdivision legislation, drives the implementation of Precinct Structure Plans and Development Contribution Plans, and works closely with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, well-planned communities. You will provide expert advice, champion process improvements, and support the Shires strategic growth objectives.
