The Team The Beaconsfield District Health Service consists of a 22 bed facility including Residential Aged care, Respite, subacute care and Palliative care. There are also a number of community services, visiting services, and support groups that operate from the service including Day Centre, Home help services, Women''s health, Social work, Physiotherapy and Community Nursing. Details of appointment Permanent part time, day worker position, working 24 hours per fortnight, commencing 5 January 2026. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. Salary $73,811 to $79,779 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
