Youll be responsible for completing a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks across residential properties. The ideal candidate will take pride in their workmanship, communicate well with clients, and get the job done right first time, every time. Key Responsibilities Complete a variety of handyman and maintenance tasks for residential properties Carry out minor carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and sealing work Repair or replace doors, handles, locks, fly screens, and fixtures Perform small bathroom and kitchen maintenance (resealing, regrouting, etc.) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Proven experience in handyman, carpentry, or property maintenance Must have your own tools and a ute or reliable vehicle Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and time management ABN and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Current drivers licence If youre ready to start immediately and join a great team! #J-18808-Ljbffr
