You will be instrumental in maintaining the school grounds, ensuring they are safe, tidy, and conducive to a positive environment for students and staff. From overseeing the turf areas, garden beds and shrubs to managing hard landscaping features like courts and paving, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting and inspiring outdoor space.Your commitment to maintaining gardening facilities, equipment, and tools in a good condition will promote a positive culture within the school. You are required to perform minor repairs and maintenance in accordance with the Departments policies and guidelines.The successful applicant should display effective communication skills, be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with staff and external stakeholders, and be able to work unsupervised, with the ability to identify and recognise work that is required to be completed.
