This 3538 hour per week position offers flexible hours and an immediate start. Key Details Salary: $30$45 per hour Hours: 3538 per week, with flexible schedule available Experience: 23 years of relevant work experience required Location: Healesville, Victoria Immediate start Responsibilities You will assist in the daytoday operation of the hotel, help control productivity within all departments, and ensure outstanding service standards are maintained. Qualifications Previous experience as a Supervisor in a hotel High level of customer service skills Cash handling and reconciliation experience Hold current RSA & TAB (willing to obtain TAB) Attention to detail and neat presentation Team player with potential to lead and encourage staff Maintain security over cash, stock, and hotel assets Proactively engage with and manage employees, identifying training or discipline needs Other Information The Grand Hotel offers accommodation, a dining room, a bar, and a bottleshop. #J-18808-Ljbffr
