Ability to create consistent, high-quality coffee beverages. A strong understanding of different coffee beans and brewing techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation. RSA certification (preferred). Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Your Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages to our high standards. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Operate and maintain coffee equipment. Take orders and handle payments accurately.
