Casual Bar Supervisor As a Bar Supervisor, you will take charge of the bars daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and team performance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service. Ensure the efficient operation of the bar during service hours. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation. Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
