This role is best suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail, and can work efficiently within tight turnaround times.What you''ll be doingThoroughly cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and restocking suppliesMaintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure our accommodation meets our guests'' expectationsReporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the Operations ManagerAdhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocolsTo be successful, you must haveMinimum of 6 months experience in commercial or hospitality cleaning rolesYour own reliable vehicle to travel between properties (essential)Excellent time management and organisational skills to work efficientlyAvailability across weekends, public holidays, and peak periodsA positive attitude and strong work ethicStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workAbility to work as part of a team as well as independentlyPhysical fitness to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsWhat we offerCompetitive hourly rate with penalty rates on weekends and public holidaysFlexible scheduling with ongoing workFriendly, supportive team environmentOpportunities to take on more responsibility for the right candidatePlease noteThis is not a backpacker or 88-day sign-off role.
