Role Overview As a Chef, youll play a key role in delivering highquality dishes and supporting the smooth running of the kitchen. Working alongside a supportive team, youll prepare fresh food to spec, help maintain hygiene standards, and keep service running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with kitchen experience looking to grow and progress within a friendly and expanding company. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes to a consistent high standard. Work efficiently during service to maintain smooth kitchen operation. Support senior chefs with food prep and daytoday kitchen tasks. Maintain high food hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times. Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and organisation. Contribute ideas for specials and menu development. Be a team player and support colleagues to ensure a positive kitchen environment. What Were Looking For Experience working in a busy kitchen (as a Commis Chef, Line Cook, CDP or similar). A passion for fresh, quality food and good presentation. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow. Good understanding of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety. Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently during busy periods. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
