Provide a diverse range of executive support to the business directors. Maintain the executive boardroom and meeting rooms. Coordinate and book all companyrelated travel. Administration support to a team of highly driven consultants. Take pride in maintaining a reception space that reflects our professionalism. Your Skills & Experience At least 2 years experience in reception and administration roles. Professional, positive and energetic communication style. A confident approach and the ability to establish solid business relationships. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and general office systems. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to assist the broader team. A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
