About Healthscope Independence Services has helped people living with a disability to get the most out of life for 28 years. We offer community and inhouse support in a number of states around Australia, promoting a personcentred approach. We are a passionate team who work with people with disabilities to support them to become independent and live the lives they want. What your role will look like As a Disability Support Worker you will provide personcentred care for complex clients in various aspects of their daily living. You may provide personal care or help with medication, shopping, cooking, and support clients to achieve goals that matter to them. Youll work in a varied workplace and can grow and build a valuable skill set. To be successful in this role Demonstrated passion for working with people with mental and physical disabilities Enjoys challenges and celebrates achievements Shows empathy and a caring attitude Has a valid NDIS check, CPR and First Aid certificate Is fully COVID vaccinatedHas right to work in Australia Relevant qualifications are favourable; training will be provided for the right candidate Interested in finding out more?
