With stunning views out to the impossibly blue waters of the Whitsundays, it is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the island.The island is one of the closest Whitsunday islands to the mainland (Airlie Beach) with spectacular 30-minute ferry ride to work each day.Job DescriptionGreet guests and provide information about available watersports activitiesAssist guests in selecting appropiate watersports equipment and gearConduct safety briefings and provide instructions to guests before they embark on watersport activitiesMonitor and ensure the safety of guests participating in watersport activities including swimming, snorkelings, kayaking and paddleboardingOffer assistnce and guidance to guests as needed during their watersport adventuresMaintain an inventory of equipment and report any damaged or missing itemsFollow safety protocols and respond effectively in emerency situationsPromote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the guest expereinceThis role is a live off poisition.Desired Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in watersports or a similar roleGenuine passion for water sportsKnowledge of local water conditions and marine life is an advantageExceptional customer service and shows initiativeExceptional time management, whilst ensuring high attention to detailProven ability to follow safety work practicesMust holds current qualifications - F irst Aid, CPR, Advanced Resuscitation & O2 providerAustralian Coxswain grade III (or international equivalent to transfer to AMSA) and previous sailing experience is highly regardedMust be eligible to work in AustraliaIf this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
