In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to internal and external customers and providing administrative support to the Centre to ensure quality delivery of service and customer needs are met. To be successful in this role, you will need: Certificate III or IV in Business Minimum of two years administration and customer service experience in a similar position Current unrestricted C class drivers licence Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely Ability to use office equipment including but not limited to multifunctional photocopiers and PC using MS Office Word and Excel packages, electronic email and OneCouncil Enterprise System including Customer Request Management and Work Management Modules Customer service experience including triaging, entering, monitoring and updating customers on progress and close out of customer and work requests and related investigations and work orders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and dealing with difficult people For more information about the role please refer to the position description.
